How consent is collected
Consent to receive text messages is collected through a web form on this website. It is never purchased, rented, or obtained from a third party, and we never add anyone to text messaging without their own explicit action.
The visitor chooses a form A prospective or existing client visits jrbinsurance.com and opens one of our intake forms — for example the Medicare intake form or the health plan intake form. All forms are reachable from our Get Started page.
They enter their own mobile number The visitor types their own mobile phone number into the form as part of their contact details.
They check the consent box themselves Near the submit button, every form displays the consent checkbox shown below. It is unchecked by default, and it is not required to submit the form — the visitor can send us their information without agreeing to texts.
They submit the form Consent is recorded only when the visitor submits the form with that box checked. Texts are sent only to numbers where this has happened.

What we send
Messages are customer care only — they relate to business the client has already asked us to help with. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
